This song is one of the key tracks on the album, in my opinion. I used to live on Sycamore Street in The Dominion apartments. When I look back on "the good ol' days of college" I think of The Dominion, and the nearby Syc house, and all the weird parties we through. Like Prom. We had Prom in our apartment 3 years in a row. It was great! But... I don't know... something that God convicted me of is that I look back on "The Good Ol' Days" way too much. I'm not even that old! Ecclesiastes 7:10 says this: "Do not say, “Why were the old days better than these? For it is not wise to ask such questions." That's the "Dumb Question" referred to in the song.
(One of my favorite aspects of the album is how Nathan's insight into the Darcy tune "A Wedding Song" fits perfectly with "Missed You More Than Usual" and "Sycamore Street.")
