I guess this song is sort of a musical collage of the weird experiences of Kevin and I wandering the streets of Tulsa, OK. Actually, we'd arrived too late at a Chick-fil-a grand opening in Oklahoma City, so we decided to just drive somewhere adventurous. We got bored and stopped at Tulsa. Anyway, we had no plans, and didn't want to spend any money... we just walked around for a long time and met some... unique people. We met this guy named... Dragon, or something. He and his girlfriend were gothic carnical performers. He handed me his business card, and I still have it in my wallet. "Fire performance, knife throwing, magic, sword swallowing and more! From mild to wild!" Anyway, stuff like that happened. The song is about how we ended up having a great time from an apparently ruined roadtrip. The poem Kevin is reading is one of his own. I guess that I thought that it fit because A) it's his poem and B) the first 4 tracks are about how God surrounds us with his beauty.
